As follows from Rosfinmonitoring data and a publication by Mediazona, a criminal case has been opened against the 16-year-old schoolgirl from Novosibirsk, Vitalina Prening, under a terrorism article. The teenager was added to the list on August 10.
The materials have already been sent to the representative office of the 2nd Eastern District Military Court in Novosibirsk. At the same time, the registry does not specify which exact episode the prosecution of Prening concerns, and from the published data it is unclear exactly when the case was opened.
According to Mediazona, she is accused of preparing a terrorist attack, participating in a terrorist organization, and training in terrorism. These details are presented in the publication with reference to case data, not as a court decision.
Before the prosecution, Prening was engaged in ballroom dancing and vocals. She performed at school and city events.
