Yuriy Zudheimer transferred SCT Lubricants shares to Viktoriya Suleymanova

Private draft

German businessman Yuriy Zudheimer transferred all the shares he owned in the Lithuanian lubricant manufacturer SCT Lubricants to Ukrainian citizen Viktoriya Suleymanova, who lives in the UAE. The company’s plant is located in Klaipėda, Lithuania, and produces products under the Mannol brand.

The transfer of the shares, according to the Lithuanian publication Atvira Klaipėda citing documents from Lithuania’s Register Centre, took place more than a week ago. Zudheimer had been the sole shareholder of SCT Lubricants since September 2022, and before that he solely owned the company in 2013–2015.

Suleymanova was already connected to the business under the SCT brand: in July 2021, she was appointed sole administrator of SCT Lubricants Iberica SL in Spain. In that position, she replaced Roman Pasemko Polovich.

In July, The Insider and the Siena investigative journalism center found that SCT Lubricants directly supplied lubricating oils produced in Klaipėda to Russia until January 2023. The recipient was the Kirov-based company JSC NLC, whose beneficiary, like SCT Lubricants, was Zudheimer.

Later, products from companies linked to the businessman continued to reach Russia through the UAE and other countries. According to customs data, in 2024 more than a thousand tons of oils produced by SCT Chemicals FZE in the UAE were imported into Russia, and in the first quarter of 2025 — another 550 tons.

Hundreds of tons of SCT products were also supplied by the Dubai-based Chempioil FZE linked to Zudheimer. In April 2026, SCT Chemicals FZE came under EU sanctions: the EU stated that the company’s specialized lubricants are used in the diesel engines of the Kolomna Plant, which supplies the Russian Ministry of Defense with diesel engines for warships and has been under EU sanctions since December 2023.

According to Atvira Klaipėda, in 2025 SCT Lubricants’ revenue amounted to €205 million, net profit — €41.9 million, and the company employs 167 people. Zudheimer said he intended to challenge the sanctions against SCT Chemicals FZE.
