The son of a former State Duma deputy has headed the Russian legal entity of the «Lemana PRO» chain

Private draft

Leadership has changed in all four foreign companies that Vladimir Putin placed under temporary administration. Denis Isaev has headed the Russian legal entity of the “Lemana PRO” chain (formerly Leroy Merlin).

Yevgeny Nenashev became the general director of the Russian legal entity of the French logistics company FM Logistic. “Novaya Gazeta Europe”, which examined data leaks, found that airline tickets for the family of State Duma deputy Otari Arshba, who served five convocations, were purchased using his phone number.

In the early 2000s, Nenashev held senior positions in structures of Evraz, whose largest shareholder in 2004 became Roman Abramovich. “Agentstvo” wrote that from 2022 to 2024 he worked in the Main Directorate for Housing Supervision and Maintenance of Territories of the Moscow Region and is a co-founder of the Second Chance foundation, created with the support of New People and helping people with addictions.

The day before, it became known that leadership had also changed in two other companies. Ilya Berdnikov became the general director of the Russian division of Auchan; since December 2024, he has held the post of executive director at Rosimushchestvo.

Denis Voytyuk, who previously served as executive director at the company, will manage the Russian legal entity of Nestle (Nestle Russia). On September 17, Vladimir Putin signed a law that transferred the Russian assets of Auchan, Nestle, Lemana PRO, and FM Logistic to the temporary administration of L. E. V. Management.

The Kremlin explained the introduction of temporary administration by saying that these are companies from unfriendly countries, “which are currently involved in military actions against our country in the most active way”. L. E. V. Management was registered in October 2024 with an authorized capital of 15 thousand rubles; the company is headed by Andrey Krayushkin, a major general of the Interior Ministry, who from 2016 and at least until 2020 was the first deputy head of the migration affairs directorate.

Denis Isaev has headed the Russian legal entity that manages the “Lemana PRO” chain (formerly Leroy Merlin). His father, Rizvangadzhi Isaev, was a State Duma deputy from United Russia from 2007 to 2011, and in April 2026 a court, at the request of the Prosecutor General’s Office, seized assets worth 18 billion rubles from him.

According to the prosecution, the elder Isaev used his status as a deputy to seize state lands and municipal property facilities in Krasnodar.
