According to Governor Alexander Gusev, the number of casualties in the nighttime attack on Voronezh has risen to 13 people. Among them is a six-year-old child who received assistance at the scene, while a woman born in 1963 and a man born in 2001 are in intensive care.

Another injured person has been hospitalized, one person is undergoing examination, and the others did not require hospitalization, Gusev clarified.

Earlier, the Telegram channel ASTRA reported that the Voronezhsintezkauchuk enterprise came under attack in Voronezh. According to the channel, a thermal power plant is also located near the enterprise. ASTRA noted that less than two kilometers from Voronezhsintezkauchuk there is a hill with a Pantsir air defense missile and gun system, and nearby there may also be a position of S-300/S-400 systems.
