According to leaks, in 2024 Krayushkin and his wife were listed as drivers in an OSAGO policy for a Lexus RX300 registered to Irina Evseeva, the wife of Alexey Evseev. Krayushkin was behind the wheel of this car when he was involved in a traffic accident in 2022.
In one of the address books, Krayushkin’s number was saved as “Andrey RX300 From Director Evseev”. According to SPARK, Alexey Evseev himself manages several assets associated with developer Gagik Adibekyan.
Since 2023, Evseev has headed “Basis Development Plus”. This company owns several legal entities linked to the Moscow shopping center “Seasons”, which belonged to Adibekyan until 2024 and was bought in 2025 by “Kievskaya Ploshchad” of God Nisanov and Zarah Iliev.
“Basis Development Plus” itself belongs to the Armenian Amara Development. It and “Basis” own “United Motor Pool” and a stake in “Quartet U.N”, and Evseev heads both companies and owns a stake in the restaurant business.
Evseev also heads the Russian representative office of the Luxembourg-based DR Rial Esteit S.A.R.L, whose office is located in the “Rectory House” on Tverskaya Street in Moscow; this property is serviced by Adibekyan’s RD Group. He joined the developer’s structures no later than 2014, and in 2017 he was head of security at “R.D. Management Services”.
The Evseev-led “Basis Development Plus” owns 61.15% of “R.D. Management Services”, and in 2024, according to leaks, his wife worked there. In 2015, Evseev posted a photo in military uniform next to Vladimir Putin, and in 2023 he wrote that he had gone to the “zone of the special military operation” to visit his “dear friend”; neither he nor his wife responded to calls and messages from “Agentstvo”.
According to the same leaks, Lyudmila Krayushkina worked at least until June 2025 at the company “Vysotka”, the legal entity of the “Ukraine” hotel in Moscow. In one of the records, she was listed as an accountant, and in 2022 she received a master’s degree at the Kaluga branch of RANEPA, where at that time there was only one master’s program — “State and Municipal Administration”.
