In Moscow, the board of directors of PJSC AFK Sistema appointed Felix Yevtushenkov as president of the corporation for a three-year term, effective September 24, 2026. Tagir Sitdekov, who has headed Sistema since July 2022, will continue working at the corporation.
The appointment was confirmed in a statement from AFK, which Interfax cites. The company said the personnel changes “reflect a new stage in the development of AFK Sistema” and are aimed at further developing the investment portfolio, key assets, and promising business areas.
Felix Yevtushenkov has worked at Sistema since 1999. Since 2008, he has headed the Consumer Assets business unit, and since 2011 — the Core Assets business unit.
In 2019–2023, Yevtushenkov chaired the board of directors of PJSC MTS. The last known position he held in the corporation was senior managing partner.
Felix Yevtushenkov is the son of AFK founder Vladimir Yevtushenkov. According to the statement, Vladimir Yevtushenkov owns 49.2% of AFK shares, Felix Yevtushenkov — 15.3%, and another 2.9% is distributed among AFK group companies, board members, and management; free float is 32.6%.
In the summer of 2025, Tagir Sitdekov’s powers were extended until July 12, 2028. The AFK statement says he will continue working at the corporation, but without specifying the position. On September 24, Ivan Makushok, who had previously been the corporation’s press secretary, moved to the position of vice president for strategic communications, government relations, and regional development; he joined AFK in January 2026 and then spoke about a new information policy aimed at increasing awareness of Sistema itself, not just its portfolio companies.
