TASS: the suspect detained in the double murder case in Moscow owes more than 42 million rubles

Private draft

The detainee suspected of a double murder in Moscow, Georgian native Teimuraz Gogiashvili, according to arbitration documents, owes a Tula enterprise more than 42 million rubles in unworked advance payment. The court partially upheld the claim of JSC “Academician A. G. Shipunov Design Bureau of Instrument Engineering” and ordered him to pay 42,110,000 rubles and 570,000 rubles in arbitration fees.

TASS, citing case materials, пишет that individual entrepreneur Teimuraz Gogiashvili did not appear in the arbitration court, and the application was considered in his absence. The dispute concerned an unworked advance payment under a contract, which the court found partially recoverable.

On October 3, fragments of a human body were found in an apartment in a building on Zhulebinsky Boulevard in Moscow. Law enforcement agencies told the agency that the victim was entrepreneur Elena Tsereteli, born in 1972.

Tsereteli was the former wife of restaurateur Mamuka Tsereteli. Together they are listed as founders of LLC “Danik”, which has been engaged in real estate rental and management since 1992.

A criminal case has been opened over the murder. The body of the murdered entrepreneur’s daughter was also found in the suspect’s garage.

Gogiashvili has been detained, and the issue of choosing a preventive measure in the form of detention will be considered later. He had no prior convictions and had not been held administratively liable before.
