«Synergy» seeks coordinators to accompany foreigners when signing contracts with the Ministry of Defense

Private draft

According to Novaya Gazeta Europe, the private university “Synergy” is posting vacancies for coordinators to accompany foreigners when concluding a contract with the Russian Ministry of Defense. This concerns work under the “Defenders of the Fatherland Synergy” program on HeadHunter.

According to Novaya Gazeta Europe, readers looking for work on HeadHunter said that Synergy recruiters call job seekers and offer vacancies on behalf of the “Defenders of the Fatherland Synergy” program. This concerns accompanying foreigners when signing a contract with the Russian Ministry of Defense.

Job seekers were sent a description of a coordinator vacancy for accompanying foreign partners with knowledge of Spanish, English, or French. Duties included meeting clients at the airport, an introductory briefing en route, translating employees’ questions, and helping fill out documents in a foreign language.

The ad listed travel-based work, an irregular schedule with overnight trips, and a salary of 120,000 rubles. According to the publication, employees with Spanish accompany citizens of Latin American countries, while those who speak English or French accompany citizens of African states.

Novaya Gazeta Europe found that the text of one of the vacancies on HeadHunter exactly matched the description sent by the recruiter. The publication also writes that the university’s office is located in the same district of Moscow as indicated in the ad, near the Sokol metro station.

On Synergy’s HeadHunter page, there are currently at least two vacancies related to accompanying foreigners and at least two coordinator positions for migration support. These ads require applicants to help with visa processing and filling out documents for embassy departments and special services.

According to the publication, vacancies of this type began appearing no later than April 2026. In February 2026, the university was looking for call center operators for the office of a certain “patriotic project”.

Separately, in 2025 Synergy announced the opening of a coordination center for retraining veterans of the “special military operation”. At that time, corporation president Vadim Lobov said that about nine thousand participants in the “special military operation” were studying or had already completed training at the university, and by June 2026 more than 20,000 people were studying for free at the center.

In February 2026, Lobov met with members of the “BARS” unit, who presented him with a letter of appreciation for support. In addition, since at least 2023 the university has been training drone specialists, and in autumn 2022 it created the entrepreneurial movement “Business Mobilization” to help Russian military personnel and residents of the “new territories” purchase equipment and gear.
