Reshetnikov arrived in the USA for the G20 trade ministers’ meeting

Vedomosti reported on September 30, citing TASS, that Maxim Reshetnikov had arrived in the USA. Russia’s Minister of Economic Development came to take part in the meeting of the “Group of Twenty” (G20).

The G20 trade ministers’ meeting will take place on September 30 — October 1 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. The participants will discuss food trade, ending the use of forced labor in supply chains, reducing excess capacity, and chronic overproduction.

On September 29, the Ministry of Economic Development said that Reshetnikov would lead the Russian delegation at the meeting. The previous G20 meeting took place in Houston on September 14-16 and was devoted to energy issues; the Russian side also took part in it.
