The decree on the transfer of assets was published on September 21. 100% of the shares in LLC “Aptar Vladimir”, which belong to the French Aptar Europe Holding, have been transferred to temporary management, and JSC “H&N” has been appointed as the manager.
JSC “H&N” is the former JSC “Danone Russia”, which now operates under the brand “Lactis Logic”. Since July 2023, the company has been headed by Yakub Zakriev, the nephew of Chechen leader Ramzan Kadyrov.
The plant in Vladimir produces plastic packaging products, including lids, caps, and dispensers. Aptar classifies the site under its Beauty segment and lists it among its Russian production facilities.
According to the accounting statements, in 2025 Aptar Vladimir’s revenue amounted to about 1.75 billion rubles and changed little over the year. Net profit increased by about 7% — from 502 million to 537 million rubles, and the company’s net margin was about 31%.
LLC “Aptar Vladimir” has been operating since 2003. Aptar Europe Holding is the French entity of the American AptarGroup, which operates in more than 20 countries, and its sales in 2025 amounted to about $3.8 billion.
The mechanism of temporary management of foreign assets has been in effect in Russia since April 2023. Formally, the owner retains ownership rights, but the manager appointed by the Russian authorities receives broad powers to run the business.
Under this scheme, in July 2023 Putin transferred Danone’s Russian business to Rosimushchestvo, and in March 2024 removed the assets from temporary management; Danone then sold the Russian business to the company “Vamin R”.
