Protocol drawn up against Yabloko chairman Nikolai Rybakov for petty hooliganism

Private draft

A protocol was drawn up against Yabloko chairman Nikolai Rybakov for petty hooliganism after voting at a polling station in St. Petersburg on September 20. The Vyborgsky District Court of St. Petersburg will consider the protocol on September 29.

As Mediazona reported, the Yabloko press service linked the protocol to Nikolai Rybakov’s voting at a polling station in St. Petersburg on September 20. That day, according to the party, Rybakov voted against all parties.

On September 20, Rybakov voted in the presence of journalists. When the politician was putting the ballots into the box, he showed the inscriptions on them, including “for peace” and “for an agreement to cease fire”.

Earlier, Sotaproject, citing its own source, reported that Rybakov had been detained and then released. No details about the circumstances of the detention were given at the time.

The Vyborgsky District Court of St. Petersburg will consider the protocol against Rybakov on September 29. Yabloko did not take part in the State Duma elections on party lists, and the Supreme Court made the decision to remove the party on August 10.
