Moscow City Court reported on Alexey Zykov’s lawsuit against Say Agency over a Kanye West concert ticket
Private draft
Moscow resident Alexey Zykov has filed a lawsuit against Say Agency, which organized Kanye West’s concert in Saint Petersburg, and is demanding a refund of 46,000 rubles for the ticket and a 4,200-ruble fee. The hearing date has not yet been set, and this is already the second similar lawsuit against the company.
The press service of the Moscow City Court said that Zykov turned to the court against Say Agency over the refusal to refund the money for the ticket.
According to court representatives, the lawsuit was prompted by the refusal to return 46,000 rubles for tickets purchased at a discount for Kanye West’s concert on October 11 in Saint Petersburg and a 4,200-ruble processing fee.
The hearing date has not yet been set. This is already the second lawsuit against Say Agency in recent times.
Earlier, Voronezh resident Yevgeny Rasskazov filed a similar consumer rights lawsuit against the company. In that case, Zenit Arena is a third party, and the Central District Court of Voronezh scheduled a preliminary hearing for October 9.
It was previously reported that Kanye West’s website no longer lists performances at Gazprom Arena in Saint Petersburg in the 2026 concert schedule. Before that, it was expected that two concerts would take place there on October 10 and 11.
Later, arena representatives said that the lease agreement with the show organizers had not been signed.
