French President Emmanuel Macron instructed the government to prepare a plan to protect the country’s defense industry from potential cyberattacks and drone strikes. He said this amid the intensification, in his words, of the “particularly Russian hybrid threat”.
Macron said that in recent weeks, the threat faced by Europeans and France has intensified. He also said that the threat from Russia to European Union countries has increased.
According to the president, such attacks will not go unanswered. He accused Moscow of trying to intimidate Europeans in order to weaken support for Ukraine.
