In Krasnogorsk, a woman gave birth to her 17th child

A woman was admitted to the Krasnogorsk maternity hospital from Dedovsk with the onset of labor. The birth took place naturally: the patient gave birth to a boy 56 centimeters tall and weighing 4 kilograms 560 grams.

For this woman, these are already her 17th delivery, and at the Krasnogorsk maternity hospital — her second. The press service of the Ministry of Health of the Moscow Region reported that the mother and newborn are feeling well and have already been discharged.

Now the family has 12 girls and 5 boys. The eldest daughter is 22 years old, the youngest is 2 years 8 months old.

Elena Zinatulina, deputy chief physician of the Krasnogorsk Clinical Hospital for Pediatrics and Obstetrics, called the 17th delivery a special case that requires an individual approach and coordinated work of the entire team. The press service quoted her as saying that providing care to such a patient is a great honor and a huge responsibility.
