Ilya Traber regained his stakes in three companies

Private draft

Ilya Traber regained his stakes in three companies, from which he exited after his detention on June 17. These are the “Primorsky UPC”, the “Primorsky Universal Terminal”, and the “Digital Projects Bureau”.

Rotonda noticed the changes in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, and The Insider confirmed the data. The stakes in question are Ilya Traber’s shares in the “Primorsky Universal Transshipment Complex” (“Primorsky UPC”), the “Primorsky Universal Terminal”, and the “Digital Projects Bureau”; the first two projects are engaged in the construction of port facilities in the Leningrad Region, while the “Bureau” is in the IT business.

In the “Digital Projects Bureau”, Traber had a 25% stake. On June 29, he ceased to be among the company’s owners, and the stake of another founder, Ramis Deberdeev, increased from 25% to 50%. As of Monday, September 28, Deberdeev again has 25%, and Traber’s stake in this company has been restored.

In the “Primorsky Universal Terminal”, Traber transferred his stake to Deberdeev in mid-July. He had 31.66% of the shares there. The stake returned to Traber on September 24.

In the “Primorsky UPC”, Traber transferred the stake to the same partner in August, and on September 28 it again ended up with him. At the same time, he still is not listed as a shareholder of the consulting firm “PKI SPb”, where he had 15%, and from which he exited in early July.

Traber was detained on June 17 in St. Petersburg, after which he was taken to Moscow and sent to a pretrial detention center. He is accused of ordering the murder of Vyborg city council deputy Alexander Petrov, who was shot dead in Vyborg in October 2020.

Along with Traber, his business partner Danilenko was arrested in the murder case, and investigators believe the perpetrators were Alisultan Nadirbegov and Sait Saladinov. At the end of August, Traber was released from the pretrial detention center due to a sharp deterioration in his health; later, Fontanka wrote that the case against him had been closed and the charges dropped.
