Private draft

The CEC reported that “United Russia” is receiving 57.82% of the votes on the federal list as of the morning of September 21 after 83.52% of protocols had been processed. The party’s candidates are also leading in 208 single-mandate districts out of 225.

In second place on the federal list is the CPRF with 13.84%, in third — LDPR with 8.77%, and in fourth — “New People” with 7.07%. “A Just Russia”, according to preliminary data, is receiving 4.99% and has not yet cleared the five-percent threshold.

In single-mandate districts, representatives of “United Russia” are leading in 208 out of 225 districts. The CPRF is in first place in five districts, “A Just Russia” and self-nominated candidates — in four, LDPR — in two, and “Rodina” — in one.

The State Duma has 450 seats: half are distributed by federal lists, half — based on the results of voting in single-mandate districts. According to preliminary results, “United Russia” is claiming a constitutional majority, which requires 301 seats.

By the federal list, the party is getting about 130 seats, Interfax notes. To this may be added mandates that “United Russia” will receive after the redistribution of seats from parties that did not make it into the State Duma.
