Andrey Krayushkin demanded that purchases and the operation of the Auchan and Lemana Pro stores be preserved

Private draft

Police Major General and CEO of L. E. V. Management, Andrey Krayushkin, sent a letter to the managers of Auchan and Lemana Pro demanding that purchases, deliveries, and store operations be maintained in their previous mode. Until the completion of registration actions in the legal entities register, he demanded that no major transactions or significant payments be made in his favor, and that the staffing schedule and organizational structure of the companies not be changed.

In the letter, Krayushkin stated that he is interested in preserving the LLC as a single retail chain and in the uninterrupted operation of hypermarkets and distribution centers. Until the completion of registration actions in the legal entities register, he asked management not to make major transactions, not to make significant payments in his favor, and not to change the staffing schedule or organizational structure of the company.

He separately demanded that purchases, deliveries, store operations, and the fulfillment of obligations to customers, suppliers, and employees continue without interruption. Krayushkin also wrote that the stable operation of LLC Auchan is directly linked to ensuring food security.

According to him, management must fulfill all obligations to employees on time. The administrator himself promised to preserve the current leadership and protect Auchan’s real estate from UAV attacks.

The Auchan press service confirmed receipt of the letter and promised to ensure the necessary working interaction with the temporary administrator. The company also stated that it would promptly discuss any issues that arise.

A similar letter was received by Lemana Pro, formerly known as Leroy Merlin. It is unknown whether the company received a letter from the new administrator. Nestle’s Russian assets also came under the control of L. E. V. Management.
