The press service of the Moscow City Court said that on September 22, 2026, a ticket buyer’s lawsuit against LLC “Say Agency” and LLC “Intickets” was filed with the Preobrazhensky District Court of Moscow. The claim is related to demands for compensation and a refund for the American rapper Kanye West’s concert.
Documents received by the court show that the plaintiff purchased electronic tickets for the event “YE concert in Saint Petersburg”, scheduled for October 10, 2026, at 20:00 at the Gazprom Arena venue. Four tickets cost 640,000 rubles, and the total order amount was 704,000 rubles.
LLC “Say Agency” is listed as the event organizer, and LLC “Intickets” is the authorized entity that actually received the money from the plaintiff. Believing that the service could not be provided, he first demanded a voluntary refund and then went to court.
The plaintiff is asking to recover 704,000 rubles, a penalty for failing to return the money on time, 100,000 rubles in compensation for moral damages, a fine of 50% of the awarded amount, and court costs. On Kanye West’s website, the list of 2026 concerts no longer includes performances at Gazprom Arena in Saint Petersburg; it was previously expected that he would give two concerts there on October 10 and 11, and arena representatives later said that no rental agreement had been signed with the show organizers.
