In appendices 10, 13, and 15 to the draft federal budget for 2027–2029, 74.96 billion rubles were allocated to the federal project “We Are Together”. The funds are distributed within the state programs “Development of Education”, “Development of Culture”, and “Scientific and Technological Development”.
Rosmolodezh is to receive more than 46 billion rubles of this amount, almost 21 billion — “Movement of the First”, and almost 9 billion — the Ministry of Education. Another 26 billion rubles in 2027 are planned to be allocated to the Internet Development Institute for the creation and distribution of “state content” aimed at strengthening civic identity and spiritual and moral values on the internet, including among young people.
9.94 billion rubles are allocated to support the regional branches of “Movement of the First”. Another 7.55 billion rubles is earmarked for the movement’s activities to involve citizens and organizations in the system of patriotic education of children and youth, 622.3 million rubles — for the “Eaglets of Russia” program, and 1.04 billion rubles — for popularizing the movement’s own activities.
The Znanie Society is proposed to receive 6.94 billion rubles for educational events. The Mashuk Knowledge Center is allocated 3.14 billion rubles for training in methods of working with children and youth, and the organization “More Than a Journey” — 3.90 billion rubles for trips by participants in the eponymous civic-patriotic program.
Another 4.72 billion rubles is earmarked for the Center for the Development of Military-Sports Training and Patriotic Education of Youth for activities in the regions, and 1.42 billion rubles — for patriotic events of YUNARMIA. The draft also includes 460 million rubles for the production of national films, 150 million rubles — for organizing visits to the New Khersones complex by students, 500 million rubles — for content for the historical parks “Russia — My History”, and 360 million rubles — for educational exhibitions in mobile historical parks.
Compared with 2025, the amount has increased by almost 10 billion rubles. At that time, just over 66 billion rubles were allocated for patriotic education, Verstka wrote.
