On November 3, Rosfinmonitoring added 14-year-old Nikolai Nikitin from Saint Petersburg and 14-year-old Arina Satina from Krasnoyarsk Krai to the “terrorists and extremists” list. According to the registry, Nikitin was born in July 2012 and became the youngest person on the list.

On November 3, Rosfinmonitoring added 14-year-old Nikolai Nikitin from Saint Petersburg and 14-year-old Arina Satina from Krasnoyarsk Krai to the list, ASTRA reported.

Both names in the registry are marked with an asterisk (*). This mark means that a criminal case related to terrorism has been opened against the person.

According to the entry in the registry, Nikitin was born in July 2012. There is no information about their cases either in reports from Russian security agencies or in the media.

Before this, the youngest person on the list was 14-year-old Sofya Moiseeva from Samara, born in June 2012. She was added to Rosfinmonitoring’s list in early October.

The publication “Post-”, citing Moiseeva’s mother, wrote that she had stickers with the “Kerch shooter”, who shot 21 people at the Kerch Polytechnic College in October 2018, and that investigators saw “calls for terrorism” in her Telegram channel.
